Rental Guidelines:

• Price is $150 per show and must be paid at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Reservations will not be held without payment.

• Groups of up to 20 guests will be allowed at this time for the flat fee. Up to 12 additional guests may be added at $7.50 per person.

• Concessions will be available. No outside food or drink.

• The theater will open 20 minutes before your showtime and groups must clear the theater at the end of credits.

• B.Y.O. Movies are limited to 2hour 15 minute run time maximum.

• Masks are required unless seated in the theater and actively eating or drinking.

• These are private rentals and public invitations or ticket sales are prohibited.

• Full refunds (less applicable fees) will be issued by request up to 10 days in advance. Cancellations within 10 days will be subject to a $75 fee. No refund is available for cancellation within 48 hours of the paid reservation.
  
  As we monitor NC and Buncombe County metrics, the Grail Moviehouse reserves the right to postpone or cancel any rentals when health and safety is a concern, with a full refund.
